Follow-up to #124, as the user asked: the PWM fan output type is now variable_fan, with no alias for the old name. Changed in the generator tables, the regenerated schema, the README, the LOLIN32 fixture and the tests. dimmable_light is unchanged.

Tested: 30 Python tests pass locally, none skipped (same count). All three fixtures build, including the LOLIN32 one that uses the renamed type.
