Adds a theme/ folder with the campercan theme, its woff2 fonts and the module that registers them, all mounted read-only into Home Assistant's themes and www directories.

Also moves configuration.yaml out of the untracked, root-owned ha-data directory into ha-config/ and mounts it over /config/configuration.yaml, so it is in source control and the extra_module_url that loads the fonts lives with it.

Rollout: docker compose up -d to recreate the container with the new mounts, then pick the theme in the user profile.

It was root-owned inside ha-data and edited by hand. Mounting it from
ha-config keeps it in source control and needs no sudo.
