YN-5. The two test files and the fixtures move to scripts/tests/ (with git mv). CI runs python3 -m unittest discover -s scripts/tests -t scripts; the -t scripts puts the generator on the import path with no extra code. build_yaml_nodes.sh stays put and now reads scripts/tests/fixtures/, which stay outside nodes/ so they never join the real-node uniqueness checks.

The fixtures are now block-style YAML. The S3 fixture's relay gets a toggle bind from its latching switch, and a new test generates it and asserts the output contains ToggleOnChange, so CI covers that path and not just that it compiles.

Tested: 26 Python tests pass locally with none skipped (was 25), and all three fixtures and the sample still build.
