The builder shell is copied into dist outside the page pipeline, so it never got the analytics tag. The build now replaces a comment marker in node_builder/index.html with the same tag the other pages get when Umami is configured, and nothing when it isn't. Download all sends a download-nodes event.

The existing analytics test now covers the builder page in both states.
