Adds the wiring-complexity point to the section above the diagrams on the explainer. The heading now reads "Fewer cables, less weight, simpler wiring", the usual-way paragraph notes that multi-way switches need their own chain of wiring, and the CamperCan paragraph says there are no switch chains to work out or trace later.

Build, node --test and html-validate pass.
