New copy for the home page, how-it-works page, band and footer. The build now exposes {{heading}} (the short page title) alongside {{title}} (the tab title), and the home page h1 and lead come from the page's title and description comments.

watch.sh rebuilds dist/ on change and serves it with live reload at http://localhost:3000 for editing.

Adds {{heading}} so a page can show its short title in the h1 while the tab keeps the full one. watch.sh rebuilds dist on change and serves it with live reload.
