The firmware repository moved three vectors' source node from 0x80 to 0x81. Layout and payloads are unchanged, so no codec changes; the vectors and protocol tests pass against the new file. Every pull request pipeline has been failing the freshness check since this morning until this lands.

Refresh the shared codec vectors ... 7dbef8a0dc

Three SENSOR_SCALAR and SYS_ENDPOINT_META vectors now name 0x81 as their
source. The layout is unchanged; every pull request pipeline fails the
freshness check until this lands.
