#109 removed a few comments that the rule says to keep: the when_is encode-only trap, the spec citations on Addressing, MessageClass and the bench's Message.priority, the reason orders() trusts a development build, and the two frame-bench HTTP handler reasons (silent log_message, _drain for keep-alive). Back as one-liners.
